Items ship in a bubble mailer from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post. Orders ship the Tuesday after your payment clears, unless it is a holiday, the listing states otherwise (e.g. made-to-order items), or your order is large. I do not offer express or tracked shipping options as they are too expensive ($15+). Please shop well ahead of any deadlines!

All orders are well-protected in a bubble mailer. If there has been significant damage to your items upon arrival, send me a message.

All sales are final once shipped and can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible after making your purchase.

If you have not read the shop policies and item listing(s) for your purchase, I reserve the right to cancel your order. Cancellations will be fully refunded via Paypal. You will be contacted prior to your order cancellation. You may place your order again at any time.

Only EU customers may return their items as per the "Returns & Exchanges" policy. I do not accept returns from elsewhere.

I can group multiple items together into one convenient listing for you - just send me a message before purchase! I can charge you more accurately for shipping this way. You may also request multiples of the same item in a grouped order.

Excess shipping fees may occur when you purchase multiple items. Extra fees are refunded the same day your order is shipped.

All buttons and magnets are water resistant, but not waterproof. Colours will bleed if exposed to excessive amounts of water. I do not offer exchanges or refunds for water-damaged buttons.

All magnets are made to order and will require up to 7 days to complete. Some glue will show around the ceramic magnet, but dries clear and will not be visible from the face of the magnet.

I do not accept requests for making custom buttons or designs.
